SCHOUTEN DISTRIBUTOR model DOSICUT

The low maintenance Dosicut distributor has all the accessories necessary for a precise and failure free dosage of slurry with any slurry spreading system. The distributor house is fully galvanized and is equipped with a flat sharpened bottom knife with openings which correspond with the outlet pipes. The rotor which turns in the house, has very sharp flat knives and is driven with a heavy duty hydromotor. This way the turning rotor passes the outlet openings and fills them equally. Because of the closed rotor system an over pressure exists in the rotor, when the right revolutions are achieved an exact, equal distribution, also with broader working widths. The hydraulic motor is placed on a housing with separate chambers, this ensures that the hydraulic motor drive axle is not in contact with the slurry.
